I’ve always had a passion for real estate and helping people. As a result, in 1988 I got my real estate license while working full time as a loan officer in the Bay Area and Sacramento California.
In 1982, I made a big life change and decided to move to California from Quezon City Philippines where I was born and raised.

My focus was helping first-time home buyers, investors and retirees purchasing real estate properties with a goal to build assets over time.
I decided to go back to my homeland in the Philippines during the financial downturn in 2008.
While there I got a first-hand experience of what it was like going back and forth between the Philippines and the US and met many retirees who were living this lifestyle. This experience gave me an understanding of how to retire in style for less than 2k/month and from there…

I ended up redesigning my business to reach out to baby boomers and help them to strategize a better leverage for their growing home equity. Thus, giving them the freedom to retire in style.
With my extensive knowledge on financing and having weathered several ups and downs in the market place, I can, along with my team of long term working professionals, guide you on making the right decisions at different stages of your life.

My goal is to promote strategies in real estate ownership and investment for the first time home buyers, foreign investors, and to the Baby Boomers taking advantage of today’s market so they can increase their network by the time they retire.
